Our 2021 La Concha Sauvignon Blanc was made using both old- and new-world techniques to create a lively and balanced white wine that is enjoyable on its own and in partnership with cheese, poultry, fish and vegetarian dishes. It offers flavors of citrus, melon and green apple, as well as some light vanilla notes and a touch of white pepper. It can be enjoyed immediately or over the next few years.

- Fruit sourced from three superb vineyards across the Santa Ynez Valley’s distinct microclimates
- Cold fermented and aged separately in neutral French oak barrels and stainless drums before being combined prior to bottling
- Bottled in April, 2022
- 100 cases produced
